DATED : MAY 6, 2015 Yesterday, this Court had made an oral order allowing the present criminal writ petition for reasons to follow. When the matter was taken up for recording reasons, it was found that the petitioner was arrested, which fact was not noticed when the oral order was made. Hence, the Office was directed to post the matter today for further hearing. Accordingly, we have heard the matter.

After hearing the matter for sometime,

0605wp212.15 2/2 looking to the fact that the petitioner was arrested and brought back to prison and though he was thereafter released on furlough by the competent Authority and State Government, it will be proper to make the following order :

Order Criminal Writ Petition No.212/2015 is partly allowed and disposed of reserving liberty in favour of petitioner to file appeal before the competent appellate Authority.
