(Passed on 25.09.2021) Representative of appellant along with their Advocate and respondent nos. 1 to 3 along with their Advocate, are present before the Panel of Lok Adalat. The parties have amicably settled the matter and to that effect has filed Form "N" containing terms of compromise. The contents of the terms of compromise are read over to respondent nos. 1 to 3, to which they agree. Parties have also filed one compromise pursis in the proceeding which is already on record.

In view of the settlement arrived at by the parties as per the terms set out in Form "N", Civil Application as also, First Appeal is disposed of as settled. The amount be disbursed equally to respondent nos. 1 to 3. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.
