Shri. S. P. Deshpande learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the applicants have not attended the police station and have not co-operated with the Investigating Agency as directed by this Court by the order passed on 3rd March, 2017. From the reply filed on behalf of the non-applicant, it is pointed out that 12 crimes are registered against the applicants since 2009. The applicants having enjoyed the protection granted by this Court by the order passed on 3rd March, 2017 and having not abided by the conditions imposed by this Court, they are directed to surrender within 3 days failing which their conduct shall be taken note of at all stages of the proceedings.
