Heard.

Perused the reply of the prosecution, which is filed on record today. I have gone through the charge-sheet. There is an order passed by this Court in Criminal Application [BA] No.35/2018 available on record. It discloses that one of the co-accused Amardeep has been granted bail by this Court. On going through the charge-sheet, I find that case of this applicant stands on even a better footing than that of Amardeep. That apart, no particular role appears to be attributed to this applicant.

The cumulative effect of the discussion so made, is that now the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- together with one or two solvent sureties,

ba.168.18 2/2 which shall be local as agreed by the learned Counsel for the applicant, in the like sum on the conditions that the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall cooperative with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
