Shri V. R. Borkar, the learned counsel for the applicants, who is the husband of the non-applicant No.2 made a statement before the Court that the matrimonial dispute between the applicants and the non-applicant No.2 is resolved amicably, therefore, notices were issued. In pursuance to the notice, today, the non-applicant no.2 is personally present in the Court along with her counsel. She has filed a reply on oath. In reply as well as orally the nonapplicant No.2 stated that she is not ready for the compromise at all with the applicants.

In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that permission be given to him to withdraw the present application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
