The prayer made by the petitioner in the petition is to direct the second respondent to consider the proposal for releasing the second benefit under the Time Bound Promotion Scheme to the petitioner. 3.

In the reply filed on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, it has been stated that on 03-1-2023 the said proposal has been forwarded to the second respondent for consideration.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks from receiving copy of this judgment. It is noted that the said proposal was forwarded to the office

of the second respondent on 14-2-2021.
