DATE : 11.4.2016 Heard Shri B.P. Bhatt, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.S. Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant.

The applicant apprehends arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code on the complaint filed by employee of the applicant that the applicant has misused the blank paper and blank cheques signed by the complainant.

Considering the nature of accusations against the applicant, the uncontroverted fact that he is not involved in any crime earlier, that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation and has complied with the directions given by this Court by the interim order

2 aba40.16 dated 5th February, 2016, in my view, the interim order granted on 5th February, 2016 is required to be confirmed. Hence, the following order:

(i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.24/2015 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The application is allowed in the above terms. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.279/2016 In view of disposal of main application, this application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
