Shri Agrawal, the learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly states that this Court has, by an order dated 16.03.2016 dismissed Writ Petition No.301 of 2016 in which an identical issue was involved. It is stated that the facts and the issues involved in both the cases are almost identical.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
