Heard learned counsel Shri V.B.Bhise for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs.M.H.Deshmukh for the State.

On 26.2.2019, while granting ad interim anticipatory bail, application for applicant Nos.1 to 3 was not pressed into service. Ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to applicant No.4-Sagar who is student of 12th Std.. 3.
Offences under Sections 325, 326, 147, 148, 149, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code are registered against all family members. Sagar is son of Dilip Tarole who is also accused in crime.

Learned counsel Shri V.B.Bhise submits that all other accused are released on bail by the Trial Court. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. General allegations are levelled against the applicants. .....2/-
