Mr. Waghmare, learned Counsel, makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition as it is understood that all the grounds which are sought to be raised in the petition can be looked into in case if final adverse order is passed against him. Such order is open for questioning before the Appellate Authority. That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition as withdrawn.

Needless to clarify that withdrawal of the petition shall not have any adverse impact on the right of the petitioner to establish his defence before the Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the High Court of Bombay (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014.
