DATED : 19/04/2023 The present respondents/applicants preferred this application seeking permission for withdrawal of the compensation amount by correcting the name of respondent Nos. 1(b) and 1(c).
As per contention of the respondents/applicants, respondent No.1(b) is the widow of deceased Ravindra Adsule. On 03.12.2009 she got married with Mr. Ganesh Jodh and now her name is changed as Bharti Ganesh Jodh. After the remarriage of respondent No.1(b), the name of respondent No.1(c) is changed as Khushi Ganesh Jodh. The application is supported by the marriage certificate, Aadhar Card and the copy of the notification in the official gazette.
(2) 4.caf.658.2023 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, applicant/respondent Nos.1(b) and 1(c) are permitted to withdraw the amount of their corrected names of due verification and identification. Civil Application is disposed of.
