MARCH 28, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 478/2025 By present application, the applicant/ petitioner is seeking permission to replace the memo of petition on the count that certain objections were raised by the Registry.

2] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) of the application, which reads as under :

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to change the copy of memo of the writ petition with the fresh notarised copy of the memo of the writ petition."
