Learned Counsel for the applicantsappellants had made a statement on 08/02/2021 that 50% of the compensation would be deposited within three weeks. The office-note indicates that 50% of the compensation has not been deposited as yet. Learned Counsel for the appellants states that the order was communicated to the appellants, despite which she has not received any instruction as regards deposit of the money.

In the light of the said statement, stay application stands dismissed.
