By these applications, the non-applicant No.1 has prayed for Speaking to the Minutes of the judgment and order passed by this Court on 23.11.2020. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, we direct that wherever there is mention of Crime No. "3094/2014" the same be substituted by Crime No. "3004/2014" and wherever there is mention of Section "135 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951", the same be substituted by Section "134 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951"

The correction be carried out accordingly.
