It appears that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia has refused to approve the appointment of petitioner 2 as In-charge Headmaster, and has refused to confer administrative and financial power, on the ground that the senior qualified teachers have not submitted the handwritten consent letter/refusal letter to the Education Officer. 3.

Mr. P.N. Shende submits that the requisite letters are, as a fact, addressed, although the letters are type written, to the Education Officer.

This petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioners to appear before the Education Officer, along with the senior and qualified teachers who are not interested in accepting the responsibility, on 02-3-2023

2 wp1255.23 and complete the formalities.

If the Education Officer is satisfied that the letters of consent are submitted in accordance with law, he shall confer the financial and administrative power on Mr. Vinod Maske within the next three days.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
