The learned counsel for applicant has filed this Miscellaneous Civil Application to transfer the divorce petition, which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, as the applicant is staying at Nagpur and is having two daughters and therefore, it is not possible for her to attend the Court at Kalyan.

The maintenance petition is filed by the applicant before the Family Court at Nagpur and to take care of her daughters at Nagpur, it is not possible for her to attend the Court at Kalyan. 3.

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Petition bearing Prity

2 / 2 48.mca198.2024 No.1166 of 2023, which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is transferred to the file of Family Court at Nagpur.

Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
