By this application, the applicant is seeking modification and permanent relaxation of condition Nos. (iii) and (iv) which are imposed while releasing the applicant on bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for both the sides. Perused the impugned order from which it reveals that considering the applicant was at a flight risk that conditions was imposed and he was directed to attend the concerned police station once in a month till culmination of the trial and shall surrender his Passport with the concerned police station, till culmination of the trial. 4.

Both the conditions require to be there, considering the presence of the applicant is to be secured at the time of trial.

In view of that, the application has no merits and deserves to be rejected.

The application is rejected accordingly.
