S. Dhengale, Advocate for applicant Shri N. B. Jawade, APP for respondent-State Coram : S. B. Shukre, J Dated : March 31, 2017 Heard. The transit bail has already been granted by this Court on 3rd March 2017 to the applicant. However, it appears that on that date, the application was not disposed of.
Now, it is pointed out that on 22nd March 2017, the applicant has also filed an anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court at Bhowanipur. Once such an application has been filed before the competent court having jurisdiction in the matter, this Court will lose its jurisdiction. Nothing survives in this application now. The application is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
