2] This is an application seeking addition of one Ranjit Rath, incumbent managing director of Mineral Exploration Corporation of India, as respondent No.3 to the contempt petition.

3] It is stated that respondent No.1 - Dr.

Gopal Dhawan has retired on 30/11/2017, and therefore, it is necessary to add new incumbent as respondent No.3.

4] On due consideration, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
