This is an application seeking early hearing of the appeal on the ground that the Applicant is a permanently disabled person and due to hospitalization of the family members during the pandemic, they are in a state of penury. 2.

The learned counsel for Applicant/Appellant draws the attention of this Court to paragraph 2 of the application in support of her contentions.
