By way of this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the revision application challenging the order passed by the Family Court in Petition No. 31/2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that counsel engaged by the applicant was reported to be dead, and therefore, the applicant could not approached the another counsel and filed the application within time therefore, the delay of 235 days is caused.

Learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed for the same on the ground that there are no reasonable and justifiable reasons for condonation of delay.

On hearing both sides and on perusal of the application, it reveals that due to the death of the counsel, the applicant could not file a revision rkn

930appr47.2025.odt application within time, which appears to be reasonable just reason. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. The delay of 235 days in filing the revision application is hereby condoned.

Revision application be registered.

On registration of the revision application, notice be issued to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks.
