The main dispute is about custody of minor daughter "Sanidhya".
By this application, the respondent prays for grant of visitation rights and permission to meet his daughter, aged about 3 years, who is presently residing with the appellant.
Though in the application, the respondent has prayed that he be permitted to meet the child "Sanidhya", considering the fair offer given on behalf of the appellant and the submissions made by the learned Advocates, following order is passed:
The respondent is permitted to meet "Sanidhya" on any day after 6 p.m., however, at the residence of the appellant at Chandrapur. It would be advisable that the respondent gives intimation of his intended visit to the appellant well in advance. This
2 caf811.18 arrangement shall continue until further orders are passed by this Court. The civil application is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
