We grant petitioner leave to make suitable representation to Chief Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal in terms of judgment dated 5th February, 2015 in Writ Petition No.951/1998, particularly paragraph 14, thereof.

If such representation is made, it shall be looked into by that Authority within four weeks of it's receipt.

We are passing this order in contempt petition as the controversy is in relation to terminal benefits of a retired employee and in Writ Petition No.951/1998 Zilla

2 cp107.18 Parishad, Yavatmal was not party. It is not party even in present contempt petition.

Hence, with these observations and keeping all remedies of petitioner open, we dispose of present contempt petition. No costs.
