Civil Application (CAW) No. 850 of 2021 This is an application filed by the petitioner appearing in person for giving correct address of unserved respondent No.3. An additional prayer is made for adding prayer clause (VIII). By the said prayer, the petitioner is seeking stay of order dated 18/04/2012 at Annexure - G.

In so far as the prayer for amendment in order to add the aforesaid prayer clause (VIII) is concerned, this Court is not inclined to grant the same because it pertains to an order of appointment of an employee, as far back as in April 2008. Therefore, to that extent, the prayer made in this application is rejected.

In so far as placing on record correct address of unserved respondent No.3 is concerned, this application is partly allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to place on record correct address of unserved respondent No.3. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, issue notice to the respondent No.3 on the corrected address, returnable on 26th July, 2021.
