Heard.
By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 08.09.2015 in Writ Petition No.4751 of 2015 directing the scrutiny committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within three months.
Though there is a considerable delay in deciding the caste claim of the petitioner, we find on a reading of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 that the delay does not appear to be deliberate and intentional. Since the delay does not appear to be deliberate or intentional, it would not be proper to proceed with the contempt petition any longer.
Hence, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
