The applicant is arrested in crime registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 363, 394, 427, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The reply filed by the non-applicant shows that the investigation is almost completed and the seizures are also made. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge-sheet would be filed soon. Considering the facts on record and as the nonapplicant has not been able to demonstrate in the reply that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

Hence, the following order :

i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.13/2016 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/-.

ii) Till the filing of charge-sheet, the applicant shall attend the Police Station Tiroda, District Gondia on every Friday between 11-00 a.m. to 1-00 p.m. iii) The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE pma
