This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 to allow them to file cross objections as indigent persons. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the report of the Collector, Akola dated 20.7.2018 tendered by the learned AGP. The report shows that original respondent no.1 is working as a watchman and earning salary of Rs.7,500/- per month. It is further submitted that respondent no.4 Devendra Keshav Sirsat is earning the amount of Rs.30,000/- per year. In view of the fact that both are sufficiently earning, the applicants cannot be declared as indigent persons.

In view thereof, Misc. Civil Application is rejected. JUDGE Gulande
