DATED : NOVEMBER 13, 2017 Shri Khobragade, learned Counsel holding for Shri Agrawal, learned Counsel for appellant, has tendered at bar copy of order dated 24/4/2015 passed by this Court by which appellant was directed to deposit entire decretal amount as per award within one week from that date and to establish compliance thereof, has further tendered at bar pursis dated 27/4/2015 establishing deposit of amount of Rs.3,27,016/- by cheque. Both the said documents are taken on record. It is found that by conditional order dated 24/4/2015, interim stay was granted on making deposit of entire decretal amount. In view of deposit made as aforesaid, interim stay stands confirmed pending appeal. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE khj
