27th February, 2018 The petitioner by this application prays that the elections to the post of Sarpanch that are scheduled on 28th February, 2018 be stayed in view of the fact that the challenge raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petition for her removal is still not decided.

This Court on 21st February, 2018 issued notice to the respondents. The notice of meeting dated 17th February, 2018 ought to have been brought to the notice of the Court on the said date. No interim relief had been granted on that date.

Hence, the election of the Sarpanch on 28th February, 2018 would be subject to the result of the

present Writ Petition.

Civil Application is disposed of.
