ATED : 9th March, 2020 This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the applicants themselves before this Court. It is submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties inasmuch as the main Revision has been disposed of by this Court vide judgment an order dated 17.2.2020.

The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection for the same.

Hence, the Application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 80,000/- deposited vide Pursis (APPR) No. 265/2019, in this Court. The Application stands disposed of.
