DATE : March 03, 2017 Respondent No.1 and the legal heirs of respondent No.2 seek permission to withdraw three-fourth of the amount deposited by the appellant. It is submitted that by order dated 03/02/2017 respondent No.3 was permitted to withdraw one-fourth amount of the aforesaid compensation. Perused order dated 03/02/2017. As the execution of the will by respondent No.4 in favour of respondent No.1 is disputed, respondent No.1 and legal heirs of respondent No.2 are permitted to withdraw one-fourth amount each that has been deposited by the appellant. The remaining onefourth amount shall remain invested in fixed deposit. Civil application is disposed of.
