C.A. is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. (st) No.4816 of 2015 Prayer is to restore the First Appeal as its registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, order refusing registration stands revoked. However, applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within period of four weeks. Objection if any to be removed within period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.
