The registration of writ petition filed by the applicant / petitioner was refused as office objections were not removed. In these facts, without issuing notice to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and accepting the explanation given in the application and the miscellaneous civil application, the delay of 15 days in filing the miscellaneous civil application is condoned, order passed by the Registrar (J.) on 23rd January, 2017 is set aside and writ petition is restored. Civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed accordingly.
