Writ Petition No. 6030/2015 is already disposed of in first half today. However, orders were not passed on Civil Application No. 510/2016. Shri Wakode, learned counsel for the applicant submits that though clarification as sought for in that application is not necessary, in that application inadvertently a

Order 1503caw510.16 factually incorrect statement has been made about the affiliation to various courses run in respondent no.4 College. He invites attention to separate affidavit filed today to urge that for that inadvertent error, regrets are expressed and leave is sought to withdraw the same.

Shri Mishra, respondent no.4 In-person is strongly opposing leave to withdraw the statement. According to him, such statements are made deliberately to malign his image.

We keep the contention open. However, in present facts, as we find that said statement has not been used to challenge the petition or grant of any relief to petitioners, we permit the oral leave sought by Shri Wakode, learned counsel to withdraw that statement. Accordingly, the statement made in Civil Application No.510/2016 is deleted.

Civil Application No.510/2016 is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
