Petitioners after making a representation on 11 March 2022, on 14 March 2022 have filed this Writ Petition for a direction to decide the same i.e. within three days thereof. 2.

Petitioners seek a writ of mandamus which is based on the premise that the statutory authorities have failed to perform their

Order 3003wp1632-22 statutory duties. Not deciding a representation in four days, cannot be said failure to perform the duty. Writ Petition is rejcted. 3.

This however does not mean that the representation of Petitioners should not be decided at all, but, it will be decided within a reasonable period, like any other representation, subject to other public duties and commitments that the authorities have. 4.

It is out of indulgence we have not imposed costs on Petitioners.
