Heard Shri Kasat, learned counsel for the appellants, Shri Shiralkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 - applicants and Mrs. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 3 & 4.

The prayer is to condone delay of 82 days in filing Cross Objection.

Shri Shiralkar, learned counsel submits that Civil Application has been filed because of office objection and as notice of Rule issued by this Court on 25.04.2014 is served on 19.11.2014, Cross Objection filed on 12.12.2014 is within limitation.

The respective counsel appearing for the parties do not dispute the factual aspect. As such, we find the Cross Objection within limitation. In any case, appeal filed by the acquiring body challenging the enhancement granted by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1872, has been admitted by this Court. CROSS OBJECTION ST. NO. 25337 OF 2014 This Court has today directed the Registry to register Cross Objection. Upon registration, it shall stand admitted.

To be heard with First Appeal No. 1127 of 2013. Shri Kasat, learned counsel as also Mrs. Deshpande, learned AGP waive notice for the respective respondents in Cross Objection.

Upon joint request, printing of paper book is dispensed with. Private paper book with necessary decree forms be supplied within one year.
