This is an application seeking modification of order dated 24.01.2018 passed by this Court, whereby respondent nos. 1 to 4 were permitted to withdraw half the amount respectively of the 50 % of the amount deposited in this Court. It is pointed out in the application that the entitlement of respondent no.4 would be to the extent of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) and that for the balance amount, the respondent no.1 needs to be permitted to withdraw the amount. In view of the contents of the said application, the order dated 24.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the respondent no.4 shall be entitled to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) while the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the balance amount as directed in the aforesaid order dated 24.01.2018. Application is disposed of.
