Heard Advocate Meghe for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent no. 2.

Learned AGP points out that the grievance which could have been raised within reasonable time pertaining to the year 1969 and thereafter in the year 1974 is being brought before this Court almost after 40 years.

Advocate Meghe points out that the petitioner is now about 68 years old and the employer (Chief Executive Officer) has forwarded a favourable proposal in the year 2013. He submits that no decision is being taken and respondents 1 and 2 are only indulging in unnecessary correspondence.

173wp1381.15 As we find the grievance too stale, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs.
