It is informed that the order dated 03/05/2023 passed by this Court is not complied till date.

We could have proceeded under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondent Authority for the aforesaid. However, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to appear before the Education Officer (Secondary), Amravati on 13/05/2025 in that regard. 4.

In case if the decision is adverse to the interest of the petitioners, it shall be open for the petitioners to prefer a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024. If such representation is made, the Grievance Redressal Committee shall decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
