This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 on record and for setting aside abatement and for brining legal representatives on record. 2.

Heard learned counsel Shri P.A.Markandeywar for the applicant.

During the pendency of the present appeal, respondent No.2 expired on 4.12.2017 leaving behind his legal representatives whose names are mentioned in cause title of the application itself as 2-A to 2-D. 4.

Notices were issued on the application. In pursuance to the Notices, proposed legal representatives of respondent No.2 are being represented by learned counsel Shri N.A.Gaidhane. He graciously submits that he has no objection for allowing the present application. 5.

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement is aside. The .....2/-

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

This is an application for permission to supply correct address of respondent No.1.

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant to incorporate correct address of respondent No.1.

Issue fresh Notice to respondent No.1 on the corrected address, returnable after 8 weeks.
