This is an application for substitution of name of respondent No. 1.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

After effecting the amendment, issue fresh notice to the substituted respondent, returnable after four weeks. In additional to regular mode, service by R.P.A.D. is also permitted.
