Heard learned counsel for rival parties.

We have perused the record and also impugned order. Though the parole was claimed on the ground of ailment of stomachache to the son of the Prisoner, Dr.Bhattad, who examined the son of the Prisoner, himself states that the same is not at all serious.

Looking to the police report and the statement of Dr.Bhattad, it appears that the Prisoner is finding out the excuses to come out of Jail. Hence, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Writ Petition No.219 of 2015 is dismissed. Fee to be paid to the learned counsel appointed for the petitioner is quantified at Rs.1500/-.
