Mr. Sandeep Singh, learned counsel holding for Mr. Ashish Kadukar, learned counsel for the non-applicant, upon being asked by the Court, whether the non-applicant is willing to bear the travelling expenses of the applicant along with one companion, he on instructions, states in the negative, considering which, the Hindu Marriage Petition No.37 of 2022, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha, is hereby transferred to the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Umred, District Nagpur. The parties shall appear before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Umred, on 19.9.2022. 3.

The non-applicant shall place the copy of this order before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha on 12.9.2022 to apprise the Court of this order so that the record can be transmitted to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Umred.

A copy of this order also be placed before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Umred by the non-applicant on 19.9.2022, when he appears before the Court.
