Present application is for withdrawal of the compensation amount. The appeal is already dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 16.01.2023. The report of the Registry on the cause list shows that no restoration application is filed by the appellant.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and considering no restoration application is filed by the appellant, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount alongwith accrued deposited by the appellant. 3.

The compensation amount be disbursed to respondent Nos.1 and 2 alongwith accrued interest on due identification and verification.

The civil application is disposed of.
