NOVEMBER 24, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Considering the issue involved in the petition, as there is an arbitration clause, both the parties unanimously submitted that this matter can be referred for Arbitration. They have jointly suggested the name of the Hon'ble Former Chief Justice Shri. B. P. Dharmadhikari, as Arbitrator.

3) Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by appointing the Hon'ble Former Chief Justice Shri. B. P. Dharmadhikari as Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. All points are kept open.

4) The Registry is directed to request the learned Arbitrator for consent letter and for disclosure statement as per the provisions of the aforesaid Act.
