Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/appellants.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that there is delay of 77 days in filing the First Appeal. The delay is caused due to obtaining certified copy of order of dismissal of claim passed by the M.A.C.T. Some time is also consumed for making necessary arrangement for Court fees.

As such, I am satisfied that the delay is not intentional or deliberate. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 4.

The delay of 77 days in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. 5.
