DATED : 04/12/2020 These applications are filed in these writ petitions on behalf of petitioner - Corporation for extension of time by four weeks for compliance with order dated 09.01.2020.

By the said order, this Court had directed the petitioner - Corporation to deposit amounts of Rs.12 Lakhs and Rs. 15 Lakhs in these petitions towards 50 % of the total amounts granted by this Court inclusive of 12 % interest from May 2010.

These applications were filed on 27.02.2020.

The extension of four weeks sought by the petitioner -

(2) 912.CA.1029 and 1031.2020 Corporation is already long over. In the order dated 09.01.2020 this Court had directed that in case the petitioner - Corporation failed to deposit aforesaid amounts, the interim relief granted by this Court would cease to continue. As the petitioner - Corporation has failed to deposit said amounts the interim relief has ceased to operate.

In this situation, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - Corporation submitted that if further time of only three weeks is granted, the said amounts would be deposited.

In view of the above, the petitionerCorporation is granted time of three weeks as last chance to deposit amounts as directed in the order dated 09.01.2020, failing which these writ petitions shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Accordingly, the aforesaid applications are disposed of.

If such amounts are deposited in the aforesaid period of three weeks, these petitions be listed immediately for consideration of restoration of the interim order.
