This application was filed by the applicants after their first application for quashing of the First Information Report was dismissed by this Court on 28.07.2021. The applicants submit that thereafter, the parties have settled their dispute amicably.

Learned counsel for applicants has filed pursis, which is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. By said pursis, it is stated that applicants be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding as permissible, after filing of the charge-sheet. The pursis is duly signed by the applicants as well as their counsel.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
