The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the identical matter, this Court has passed an order on 18th March, 2016, which is reproduced below:- "Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited upon furnishing usual undertaking and the balance 50% upon furnishing solvent security, both to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil application stands disposed of."

In view of above, the same order shall operate in the present matter also.
