The Petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 10 July 2019 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.653/2017.

2) The Petitioners were not parties to the proceedings before the Tribunal. If it is the case of a party that it is aggrieved by the

1402wp790.22 order passed and is affected by it and was not a party to the proceedings, it is always open to such party to approach the court that passed the order - in this case the Tribunal - to seek recall of the order on that ground. Since this remedy is available to the Petitioners, it is not necessary for us to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all contentions of the parties on merits open, writ petition is disposed of.
